Conditions of the promotion:

When purchasing the first Gem Soft business package (Go, Biz, Premium, Invest, Superpack, Megapack, Gigapack) during the promotional period, the investor receives a gift of 1 package of Class A and C shares of the same kind.
When purchasing a second business package of the same kind, the investor receives 2 additional packages of Class A and C shares of the same kind complimentary.
When purchasing a third business package of the same kind, the investor receives 3 additional packages of Class A and C shares of the same kind complimentary.
When purchasing a fourth business package of the same kind, the investor receives 4 additional packages of Class A and C shares of the same kind complimentary.
When purchasing a fifth business package of the same kind, the investor receives 5 additional packages of Class A and C shares of the same kind complimentary.

Please note:

VIP packages do not participate in the promotion.
Business packages of the same kind participate in the promotion.
For each type of Gem Soft business package (Go, Biz, Premium, Invest, Superpack, Megapack, Gigapack), a separate cycle of 5 purchases must be completed. Cycles of purchases for different types of packages can be completed simultaneously.
A cycle of 5 purchases can be repeated an unlimited number of times throughout the entire duration of the promotion.
A complementary package of shares contains only Class A and Class C shares in an amount that corresponds to the purchased package. Complimentary packages do not increase the CCA or investment status and do not provide payments to the network.
The sponsor also receives only Class A and Class C shares for each complimentary package according to their business-status based on the current marketing plan.
Business packages purchased from a Dividend Account are also eligible to participate in the promotion.

Validity period of the promotion: November 11 — December 1 of 2025.
